Summary

From Wall Street Journal and USA Today best-selling Author Lauren Landish.

Roxy Price

After ten months without a date, I'm eager to go to the hottest new ticket in town, Club Jasmine.

I deserve a night of fun. I've worked hard, and I finally got a promotion. But for one night, I'm going to let loose.

That's when I see him.

The drop-dead gorgeous Jake Stone.

With his godlike physique, pure blue eyes, and chiseled jawline, he might be the hottest guy I've ever laid eyes on. A total heartstopper.

The man's probably a player. Then again, maybe that's what I need - a man who knows what he's got, knows how to use it, and knows how to make me scream to the heavens.

Screw it. You only live once.

But when I go in Monday morning to meet my new boss, I'm greeted by that same irresistible smile.

And Mr. Stone is making it perfectly clear that strictly professional is not in his vocabulary.

Heartstopper is a full-length romance with an HEA, no cheating, and no cliff-hanger!

HE IS A HEARTSTOPPER 😍😍

Another Fantastic Love Story by the awesome Lauren Landish.
What a way to start, the start of an unexpected encounter, which doesn't go to the plan either expected. Then the shock of finding that ex singer Roxy Price, sister of Mindy from Mr. Fiancè from has a new boss & that she has met her new manager Jake Stone, a couple of days prior. But as soon as he hears her sing he gets her to sing in his & Business Partner Nathan's Club Jasmine.
There's areas of good humour as well as a little emotion....

WOW!!

WOW!! I've volunteered to review this book for the author. Boy, Shannon Gunn and Jae Delane did an amzing job with telling of this story. Another absolutely great book by Lauren Landish. This is the third book in the series, but can be read as standalone.I love Roxy and Jake's story. Roxy and Jake are such a hot couple!! From the very first page until the end I was captured. The writing and flow of this book is done wonderfully. This is a definitely one not to miss. I HIGHLY recommend reading or listening to Lauren Landish books. Keep up the awesome work girl!

Roxie and Jake!

Roxy has put her dream of singing on the backburner to be a responsible adult. She has been working hard at work and it has been noticed and she is being promoted to be the assistant to the new regional president at Franklin Consolidated. It’s been 10 months without a man so to celebrate her promotion she and her bestie Hannah head off to Club Jasmine.

Jake and his partner Nathan open the club and opening night appears to be successful. When he sees Roxy trying to turn down another patron that won’t leave her alone he comes to her rescue and intervenes. Their chemistry is instant and they decide to act on it until fate steps in and their evening ends prematurely.

When Roxy shows up for work the next day she is shocked to see that her new boss is none other than her failed one night stand from the previous evening. Roxy wants to keep their relationship professional however will she be able to deny the Heartstopper?

The narrators were good but at times the male narrator could be distracting. I voluntarily reviewed a Complimentary Copy of this book.

So So Good

This book is amazing. I have read this story as an ebook in the past. However this rendition brings a new dynamic to the story. In this book we get Roxie's story and are introduced to Jake. This couple definitely has their share of bumps along the way, but you won't want to miss them. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone

So bad I couldn’t stand to finish it!

I usually write reviews when a book is especially good, but this was worthy of a negative star rating! The narration was beyond annoying, it was so painful that I couldn’t follow the storyline. The characters were flat and predictable, and the plot was a mishmash of bad dialogue and wandering, boring prose. Don’t waste your time and money!!

Narration could be better

Roxy and Jake are awesome together and the story overall was a great story. So far I have enjoyed the entire series. I enjoyed reading about the characters from previous books. Love Grandma and Mary Jo's special apprearance. I unfortunately did not care so much for the narrators. The male narrator sounded to old for the role of Jake. He also put too much emotion and was a bit too loud in the last few sex scenes, especially when both of them try to read music lyrics. I had to skip through all the Heart Stopper music parts. Despite that i enjoyed the storyline.

Terrible Narration

I enjoyed the first one but this one is cringeworthy because of the narration. Male is way too dramatic. Female does terrible male voices and other voices.

I’ve restarted this several times and can not connect with the characters. :(

Heart stopper of a great audio

Love this series. I have all but 2 in this series and they keep on getting better and better . Lauren Landish knows how to get the readers attention . Her stories are full of laughs also and love. Right when you think you know how the story is going to go she throws you for a loop .

Hero is Jake. Heroine is Roxie.
You meet Roxie in book 2 and this is her story , how one man stole her mind and heart .
Roxie is looking for her big break , in the music industry... but something stops her , always holding her back . She doesn’t see her music getting off the group so she gets a degree. She finally starts work , little did she know where that workplace will take her right to her happy land , if she lets it

Jake owes a nightclub with a partner . He is there for opening night ...l and he sees someone that catches his eye and gets his body going . Jake needs to learn more about Roxy , maybe get to know her better in a dance , Tate, la Tate ,. Jake looses his change to hold a Roxy close , but he is determined to find her no mater what .
What a suprise Jake has when he sees a Roxy the next day at work .
Does Jake convince Roxy to let her guard down and give him a chance . Grab it and see

Both narrators did a great work. Their voice is steady , clear and strong . You will also see one of the narrators doing book 1 in the series.

Great book - terrible Male narrator 🤢

I love the book.... however the audio? Yeah... NO!
The male narrator was wrong on so many levels!! That growling, over dramatic, almost cartoonish voice during sex ... gag! I had to skip and read the e-book....

Decent story, needs attention to details

The story is cute, in a sexy hallmark movie kinda way. The male voice is comical in the dirty parts. Got entirely way to into it, lol. My only gripe is the author mixed up the kids names. At first I thought it was a fluke, but then it happened again in the fourth book. I know they aren't major characters, but a little attention to detail.
Gavin and Bri=Raff and Alicia
Oliver and Mindy=Trenton and Leah
