I wasn't sure what I would get out of this book, but I really experienced a change and a release of a lot of past "stuff" as I read through this book and did the activities within. Thank you, Casey Bennett. Great book, excellent production, and I highly recommend it.

I’ve spent most of my life trying to heal from childhood trauma, always wishing things had been different. This book helped me realize that my past doesn’t define who I am and that I can finally let go of the pain I’ve been holding onto. What I really appreciated is how it gives practical tools and gentle guidance to recognize old patterns, set loving boundaries, and build emotional resilience. The mindful exercises were especially powerful in helping me connect with my younger self in a compassionate way. I feel like I’m learning to embrace both the joyful and wounded parts of who I am, and that shift has been so freeing. This book has been an incredible companion on my healing journey, and I know I’ll keep coming back to it.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I started listening. The topics hit home—especially around past trauma and that little voice that always second-guesses. What I liked most is that it wasn’t just theory. The narrator's calm tone helped me stay present, and the tips felt doable even on busy days. I found myself pausing often just to reflect. I’ve been sharing it with close friends, too. If you’re working on self-love or healing, this was a powerful starting point.

Finally..I feel understood

As an adult that struggled with Self-Love I can no longer say I have an issue with that anymore. Big thanks to this book. I never thought to check in with my inner child. I found out some things checking in with my younger self. It's funny because normally people would hear more about tuning into their higher self. But really looking into the past can help sometimes. This book brought blessing I wasn't even know was coming. I love spiritual books like this. If your truly ready to shake off emotional trauma this would be good to listen to and Exactly apply the knowedge

I didn’t realize how much of my adult stress was tied to things I brushed off from childhood. This book helped me connect those dots in a way that felt doable, not overwhelming. The exercises were gentle but eye opening, and I appreciated how it never felt preachy. It’s been a slow, emotional process for sure but having this as a guide made it feel way less lonely. Definitely a read I’ll be coming back to when I need a reminder to be kinder to myself.

Felt like having someone finally listen to me
