I found this audiobook very interesting and insightful, as childhood trauma is now common and should be treated with care.
I could relate this book to reality because most of us have experienced it. After listening to this, I felt encouraged to rewrite my own story of life.
I am grateful to the author, as she helped me heal trauma. The narrator did a great job engaging the listener with spirit and a clear voice. It is a good recommendation.

What an inspirational book on healing one's inner child. We all have a past and it is likely that there were events in it that were either traumatic or left a deep wound that might have gone unnoticed or untreated. In this book, Anna Berry provides us insight into how to heal from childhood trauma and have a lighter journey ahead. My favourite chapter was the one on acceptance and forgiveness, I do personally feel that that is the first step in the healing journey and vital in order to move forward,

I find this book amazing because I can relate this book to the reality. As it is letting us know the impact of child trauma in one's life and how it disturbs them for the whole life.

The author has suggested the ways through which those people can heal themselves easily. So, I get inspired by those ways and ideas.

The narrator has calmy delivered the message and I enjoyed the audiobook. A good recommendation!

Wonderful audiobook!!!! This book has given me so such insight into my own life growing up. I have learned different things that I have done during my lfe that stems from my childhood. The author gives you a 6-step process to help you heal and 8 ways to overcome the truma. She also goes into different situations where you should speak to a specialist. It's very easy to understand and follow. The author speaks from personal experience and from years of studying. I highly recommend this book for anyone that has or is having any kind or trauma.

A councillor in a book! A lot of the teaching this book resonated with me because I’ve always been insecure, which was a result of my child hood trauma! This book will take you on a journey of self discover and healing! 100% recommend this book for everyone with mental health issues! The narrator did a great job and the book is extremely well written and easy to follow!
