I loved this audio book and will listen to it again many times in the future. I think it will become an essential item when travelling and at home. I enjoyed and learnt a lot from the explanations concerning energy and how we can raise our energetic vibrations which in turn can help us heal the different aspects of our lives, of our human bodies: physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.
Apart from the explanations, the book contains three meditations. The first two meditations are done both in sitting and lying down options- the latter is useful for doing before sleep. I love these meditations and found that even if I was finding it difficult to be fully present for one of them, by the end I had such a feeling of light and calm.
I usually find it difficult to commit to a daily practice but this audio book has inspired me to restart my practice and commit to the 28days, and continue with the 6months as recommended by Dr K Narayan.
For anyone who is serious about elevating their spiritual practice, I highly recommend this book.
