I enjoyed listening to this book, I find many business growth books go over the same point again and again. But I didnt find that with Simon's, the points were well made with good examples without labouring the points to much.

I loved every minute of it and walked away feeling inspired and better equipped to handle my own business journey. Highly recommended!

Amongst the seemingly endless list of current must-read business books comes a refreshingly brief but essential read. The author is not the latest “guru” but rather a real-life, award winning business coach. The great thing about this book is that if you are running a small business and short of time, it is only a 2 hour “read” on Audible and would suit listening to (ideally a chapter at a time) either on your commute or to and from supplier/customer meetings. It is a simple but not simplistic book and deals with all aspects of running a business with clarity and brevity. It is also not afraid to vigorously challenge its reader but that is the point - are you willing to change how you manage your business in order to enjoy greater rewards at work and gaining more time with your family? If you are ready for the challenge then this is highly recommended.
