Another amazing audiobook narration by Thomas Locklear. It’s honestly like hearing a play and you can almost picture it in your mind while hearing it play out. Thomas is astounding in how he can fluctuate between characters making each sound distinct. I’m in awe of his performances. This is only my second audiobook that I have heard but I’m a huge fan already!

Hawk starts out as a really guff, battle scarred and I just don’t give a hell kinda guy returning from the field where it appears the Marines are done with him. He’s called home to having lost his brother to a tragedy only to find out there’s more going on then he ever thought possible. And it all starts when he’s confronted by a reporter who tries to find out what mysteries are involved with all the fire deaths happening in this small Montana town. Really enthralling story written by Piper Stone and really sexy hot too!

Definitely worthy of a credit!

Hawk is a former Marine who's gotten into a bit of trouble at work. His brother-he hasn't been in touch for a while-dies while fighting a fire. He returns to settle some affairs & is repeatedly accosted by a reporter. Bryce is looking for her big break, but also prioritises truth & justice. There is a connection between these two, and it slowly changes from punishment spankings to a lot more. There's a mystery to be solved, and some danger ahead for this couple. I enjoyed Thomas’ narration of Hawk-nailed it! In the beginning of the story, Bryce seemed to be whisper-shouting a lot & for some reason I found this hilarious. As the story progressed & Bryce was a little less outraged, I adjusted to the narration. Overall, good story with a few twists, enjoyed the narration.

Hawk a former marine is now the guardian of niece he didn't even know he had from his estranged brother and contemplating the future of the family ranch. Hawk is not happy when a female journalist starts looking into the events of a fire which led to his brothers death,
There is spanking and some hot scenes..... so if you don't like , don't listen , other wise get a cold cloth and sit back and enjoy this great hot story.
