Summary
When an ancient Japanese clan plans to reclaim their country’s culinary heritage by targeting Cape Hatteras, business owners begin to die. As the primary exporter of live seafood out of Outer Banks, Seth Tinsley's problems begin from the inexplicable deaths of two young women at his house. Even after a mysterious lady shows up in the area asking questions about him and his business, Seth still didn’t understand that he had become a target. His business to an exclusive segment of Japan’s Tsukiji seafood market inexplicably deteriorates as his friends and partners die in obscure, work-related accidents.
While Seth struggles with coming to terms with his loses, an Osaka trading company surprises him with a lucrative buy-out offer for his troubled export company in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Seth goes against his instincts and accepts the puzzling buy-out offer. Instead of collecting the rewards for the sale of his seafood company, Seth Tinsley finds himself alone in Japan, wanted for mass murder and an expendable pawn of the US Government.
