Of all the Resnick books this missed the mark in most ways but mainly a disappointing plot.

Absolutely abysmal attempt at a scottish accent. it made me wish "mac" was from somewhere a long way from Edinburgh

Repetitive drawn out drivel that could have been wrapped up in a quarter of the time. Author constantly uses the same phrases, it's like it was written with early AI. The Scottish accent is truly awful.
