I always knew there was a link between your gut and your brain, but never did I know the depth and level of communication between the two. This book really was a positive eye opener for me.
The author goes into great detail on your kids gut and how the health of does have a significant effect on their brain. Why are we not advertising the triggers some additives are having? Reading food labels is a must for me now.
The information here should be available to all parents. Definitely recommended.

There are so many articles about gut health on the internet, with a lot of misinformation. At 4 hours long, this audiobook is the most comprehensive explanation of gut health for a parent that I've ever heard. It's well-researched, factual, and not overly technical. The audiobook is focused on kids, but honestly, any adult can learn something about their own gut from listening to this. One thing I learned is that 95%+ of cow feed is GMO, which directly contaminates the commercial beef supply.
I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to set their kids up for a healthy gut.

Children can be incredibly fussy and stubborn about what they will eat and it makes being a parent very challenging at times. Education is so vital in knowing what to feed them and a lot of parents simply don't know what foods will aide your brain and gut health.

This audiobook is full of life changing information that explains the connection between our brain and out gut, shows us which diets are best to initiate in order to kick start your child's brain health. There's also a really useful chapter on food supplementation. The author clearly has researched this subject well and the narrator is very engaging.

Whether your child suffers from a condition like ADHD or not, this will do nothing but help their mental health as they grow up into becoming young adults.

This book is incredibly instructive, especially for parents of young children because it discusses the connection between a child's gut health and mental health. My brain and body were in terrible shape, which eventually led to several illnesses like diabetes and obesity. Before listening to this audiobook, I was concerned about my children, but it not only enlightened me with great knowledge, but also offered the solutions. I give this book a five-star rating since it was very helpful to me and I applaud the author for his thorough research. I recommend this book to all parents.
