I really liked this book because it's super simple and practical. It's an easy, no-nonsense audiobook, and it breaks down how IBS messes with various body parts. I found the info about foods and their effects, plus the suggestions on new stuff to try and what to dodge, pretty cool. It's like a useful guide you can keep coming back to, and you can totally see that they put in a bunch of research into making it. Highly recommended!

Eye-opening book about Gut Health!
This book let me know how important gut health really is to overall functioning and especially when you consider the gut - brain connection. Digestive problems can be dealt with, with a little knowledge, time and attention. I learned about gut-friendly foods that have the side benefit of making you feel satisfied. Love that.
