Informative

I really liked this book because it's super simple and practical. It's an easy, no-nonsense audiobook, and it breaks down how IBS messes with various body parts. I found the info about foods and their effects, plus the suggestions on new stuff to try and what to dodge, pretty cool. It's like a useful guide you can keep coming back to, and you can totally see that they put in a bunch of research into making it. Highly recommended!

Great info!

I've known gut health was important, but I didn't know what to do about it. This book let me know how important gut health really is to overall functioning and especially when you consider the gut - brain connection.
