After contemplating the gospels, Saint Ignatius suggests that we have a conversation with Jesus based on what we have experienced and the thoughts and emotions the stories may have stirred in us, called colloquy. You can do so after reading or listening to each story. Also, you can pause at any time for personal reflection.

I love these meditations. I fell into a downward spiral and this has really picked me back up. I feel closer to God and know that I am not alone no matter what. I really do believe others should listen to this to experience inner transformation.
