This books gives great advice to anyone who manages people in a high tech industry. Antoinette has obviously had a great deal of hands on experience at doing exactly that and her advice, recommendations and sensible solutions are pitched at just the right level to be of assistance. Her LEADER programme breaks everything down into an easy to follow set of steps to help bring out the best in today's technical workforce (indeed there is much that applies to any younger workforce). As someone who manages a team of 'geeks' I know that this will prove to be of great help in bringing out the best in my team. Highly recommended.

I really liked this book. It delivers good, easy to follow, advice. The action points are supported by references to external study, personal experience and there are supporting materials provided on the authors website. The book is not only useful for fast moving tech based companies, but also has a wider reach for all companies that want to create a successful leadership cadre in a fast moving world. It’s also written in a personal style where Antoinette explains her learning journey which qualifies her to share this knowledge.
