This books gives great advice to anyone who manages people in a high tech industry. Antoinette has obviously had a great deal of hands on experience at doing exactly that and her advice, recommendations and sensible solutions are pitched at just the right level to be of assistance. Her LEADER programme breaks everything down into an easy to follow set of steps to help bring out the best in today's technical workforce (indeed there is much that applies to any younger workforce).
