A Wonderful Story

This is a wonderful story to listen to. If you have a pet, you'll definitely appreciate this story. The antics of the goofy newfies are heartwarming. While listening to this story I saw our dog, a bull mastiff, in place of Rascal. This is a fun, lighthearted listen that will make you smile and feel good by the time your done. The narrator, Audra Cook, also did a wonderful job. This is a wonderful story that I will be recommending to my friends!

Puppy Love

If you've ever owned a puppy, this sweet romantic comedy about finding homes for five Newfoundland puppies is guaranteed to make you smile. A light-hearted story with a young widow for it's heroine, a hunky veterinarian's assistant hero and five, adorable, fuzzy sidekicks. An afternoon of pure reading pleasure.

Perfect for Pet Lover's

As a pet parent, I could so easily relate to the premise that the dog picks its master. I really thought the author, Ann Omasta captured the antics of puppies accurately. The story pulled me in from the very beginning, and I found it a delightful listen. Audra Cook did a wonderful performance. This book is short, sweet, clean and refreshing. It is a standalone listen. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. I would recommend this listen to any pet lover.

A woman, a mischevious escaped pup, a changed life

Lily and Donovan's back yards share a fence line. She thinks that's all they have in common until one fateful day she finds herself with an unwelcome and unexpected visitor. Then another day, and another visit. Through one pup's continued effots to get her attention, Lily's heart and eyes are opened to the joys of friendship, furry companionship and the possibility of love.
As as dog lover, and BIG dogs, especially, I was excited to enjoy this novel. Lightheared and who doesn't love a happy ending?

Lily & Donovan!

Lily, a recent widow moves into a new place to start her new life.. Her neighbor's dog keeps breaking in, and from there we meet Donovan, the Newfoundland puppies and an array of quirky characters. The dogs certainly wind their way into our hearts as this couple gets to know each other. Van had his hands full with Lily, but those dogs kept things light. Audra Cook gives a great performance as usual with her wonderful voices. A quick, fun listen!

Cute puppy novella

I enjoyed this story. It was not intense with emotions even though there were sad aspects to form the story. The puppies were cute. There wasn’t much to the love aspect of the neighbor, I think that could have developed a little more because there wasn’t a definitive occurrence that they were together. The narrator did a good job.

falling

Lilly's struggle made me really think about how we often judge people based on what we think and/or how we would deal with things in our life. Can a passel of puppies bring not only love to Lilly but bring Lilly true love? Loved the narrator.
