Fantastic!

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to share this - a must read for anyone who considers themselves shy or has social anxiety - a real eye opener with some brilliant tips & action plan for tackling your shyness. Would also thoroughly recommend "How to talk to anyone - 92 little tricks..." by Leil Lowndes. Have already listened to both twice over and have no doubt I will be listening again and again. These are the best books on this subject I have encountered so far and have already massively improved my communication skills and interaction with others.

Not useful

I listened to about one third before quitting. This book has very primitive information, sprinkled with few good points that are not elaborated on enough. Author is clearly not a professional psychologist. She refers to the reader as "the shy", which is annoying and strange. Also made me think of the type of the information people used to have about introversion 40 years ago, like some vague concept. Modern psychology offers amazing studies and strategies, which don't seem to be are reflected here.
