Glenn The Reaper: Death Is Not The End is a book about a young man named Glenn Garcia, after he has died. While he was alive, he did not make much of an impression on anyone. Nobody really cared that he was gone. However, the leader of the underworld has plans for him and his potential as a reaper. Glenn finds himself in a rather strange sort of circumstances which are vastly different from the ones he left behind before he died. He is given the task of helping those to transition from life to death. He realizes that he has uncovered a conspiracy wrapped in murder and secrets too numerous to mention. Side note: books of this caliber should have a “UC” classification on the front cover for “UNECESSARY CURSING.”

The dark tone and the idea that death isn’t necessarily the end made the story especially intriguing. I liked the way it kept me wondering what would happen next, and there were definitely a few moments that stayed with me after reading. Overall, it was an interesting and suspenseful read.
