this is a really relatable book.This book is a 11+ book if you like this book there are follow up books called girls under cover, girls in tears and others. A bit inappropriate but still amazing the voice is really soothing. best book i have red!

I read these books as a teen and thought I’d download the audio book for the nostalgia. My only negative is the narrator is a very Julie Andrewsesk older lady and didn’t think she fitted Ellie’s 13 year old profile.

I've always loved this book and enjoyed it just as much as ever even though I'm now nearly 30! Strange narration choice.. but still a great listen.

In Girls in love it describes what it is like for girls to have crushes (people they like!) however the title is slightly mixed as it might make the reader think that there are two girls in love…However on the overall story it has interesting and fun characters! The only thing I couldn’t really find in this particular story always a proper moral… other than that I did really enjoy this book like almost all of Jaqueline Wilson’s books! If you enjoyed this book/audio book then I would highly recommend Love Frankie which has a slightly similar story line! Anyway sorry that this review is sooooo long! I’ll go now…!
