What I've enjoyed so far about this series is how it's a metaphor about real, emotional issues

Suggest you listen to a sample of the story first as the narrators blocked nose voice might give you the serious ick.
Overal the story is grand, it’s pretty predictable and follows the same format as most recent novels in this genre.
The story has the potential to be something more but it lacks any depth or substance.

The story is slow, chapter after chapter of character building and scene setting, which wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the narrator. Unfortunately I don’t think she was a good fit for this kind of story, her voice is childlike and has more of a comedic tone.

Not sure what the hype is about.

What a great narrator - I switched it on thinking it would be yet another American narrator - imagine my surprise when the narrator was British and was also fantastic. Well done. The story is excellent and the narrator helps sweep you along and engross you. I am an avid audible listener and this is one of the best narrated books I’ve listened to

I love the vocabulary, the story is just so good. I've listened to it all so quickly, and I can't wait for the next one. It's actually so nice to have a properly British accent too, great Narration!
