Stacey and Laney are twins—mirror images of each other—and yet they’re as different as the sun and the moon. Stacey works hard at school, determined to get out of their small town. Set in Queensland, Australia pre 2000. May be difficult for some to understand the local QLD dialect and traditional Aboriginal words. A truly engaging book, well written. Narrator is exceptional in bringing the story to life. I look forward to more from this author and narrator.

There’s so much more to this book than you’d expect from the description. Intriguing and creepy in turn, it builds to a real horror-movie crescendo. Loved the ending too.
