A sublime thought provoking listen
I'd already purchased the paperback version of this book and enjoyed it so much that I thought I'd try and listen to it. I was surprised that the author Kate Trafford had actually done the recording for the book - I read a lot of biographies and don't normally like the author doing the recording. However Kate it seems not only writes brilliant books but also comes across amazing on the recording - crystal clear and with great meaning; it felt like a 1-2-1 coaching session. Below is my review that I left on Amazon:
A great book with brilliant tips, tools, techniques and anecdotes which help you really connect all the dots in finding out what’s truly important to you and changing your life in the process.
I’ve read many books that are aimed in one way or another at helping you change for the better but this book is different. The author has somehow made it personal in a very special way which means that everyone reading this book should bag some really useful takeaways and benefit from them.
It’s brilliantly structured but what impressed me most was the way the concepts and tools within the book were so simply explained which allows you to immediately start implementing them.
Just fantastic.

Practical and inspiring
Congratulations on your book Kate.
I was really inspired by what I heard and could associate with so much in the book!
I’ve found it really helpful to be able to listen through and will then read the book to go back through the exercises.
Very practical and I like the sprinkling of real like examples.
I’d highly recommend!

Engaging, inspiring and insightful
I loved everything about this book which is very cleverly written using analogies and metaphors, making it so easy to follow and understand. Practical advice which I’m definitely going to take on board as someone taking on a career change. Thank you so much Kate!
