This was a very enjoyable listen, read by the author. I don't know how well her theory actually works as it is a bit limited; I did try it out. I think it might be a bit of a way of her just cashing in. But the quality of the production was good.

This book promises BIG & starts well but ends up going through hours of nitty gritty detail and it’s boring!
Also there’s a big give-a-way at the end of each chapter that NO LONGER exists!
All in all don’t bother
