Summary

With a bit of magic, a dash of history, and loads of adventure, this George the Dragon Slayer reboot makes a great listen for the whole family.

George’s spells are more likely to flood the fortress than clean the dishes, but when a dragon carries off his twin sister, their magical bond pulls him on a quest to save her. Only, how can an 11-year-old boy hope to defeat a fire-breathing dragon?

Meanwhile, Morgan doesn’t sit around waiting for a rescue. Though her strength is no match for the dragon’s, she wields the power of friendship to teach the selfish creature how to play nice (hint: not kidnapping or eating people would make a good start). But dragons aren’t terribly teachable, and it will take more than George and Morgan’s combined wit to vanquish their foe.
