I do NOT like books that end on cliffhangers but it's not a problem in a box set. The narrator did a brilliant job. I liked having a kick ass mc that wasn't quite sure of herself, it brought a unique feel to the book. The only drawback for me was the slightly contrived changes in the 4th book, obviously made so the series could continue.
