Amazing book, amazing Woman
I adore this book and went to the book signing in London and the writer is honestly so genuine and lovely.
This book is so well written and set out and I don't think you just have to be a fan of Melanies to read this.
It touches on a lot of topics such as Eating disorders, the internet, love/dating, body dismorphia, family life, social media, sex etc.
Really recommend you read this!!

I didn't want this book to end
I usually just stuck to fictional books and I'm glad this time I didn't, I loved every bit of this book and teared up at the end when I realised it was finished. I can't wait to see more from you Melanie!

Mel is a delight to listen to!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book/ narration from Mel. I enjoyed all the topics she covered. Not only out of common interest but also out of curiosity of what Mel is like as a person. She narrates as though she's been friends with her readers for years and years.

Life-affirming
Holy moly, I loved it. The author is such a warm person that it translates into the book. I took a lot of notes and will be coming back for more wisdom.
PS I listened to the ending on a bus, which resulted in ugly public sobbing. Thanks Mel<3

I now love Melanie even more
Warm, entertaining and heart wrenching at the same time. I've learnt things I never thought I would about Melanie. I've cried, laughed and had my mind fed throughout this book. Highly recommend.

Such an easy listen 💕
I recently found Mel’s YouTube channel last year and binged through so much of her content. During lockdown it felt like I was just hanging out with a mate whilst going about my day to day. When I realised she had two books out I knew I had to get it. So much great advise and so easy to listen to as I go out on my walks and get lost in many of her stories. My next read will be her second book “If Only” xx
