Summary

Can the Bible help me with my food struggles?

Have you ever felt stuck in a seemingly endless cycle of overeating, yo-yo dieting, and obsessive thoughts about food? Whether you feel defeated by your lack of self-control or overwhelmed by thoughts and longings for food, the answer to our food fixation does not lie in the $500 billion global diet industry. This is not a diet book and it's not a healthy eating plan. Because at the core, our problem is not really what we eat. It's why we seek fullness in something that will never satisfy.

Join Asheritah Ciuciu as she shares honestly about her own battles with food and reveals the path to freedom. You'll discover the joy of living free from food fixation so you can experience deeper satisfaction in Christ, gain a renewed sense of purpose, and yes, even enjoy good food (without regret).

A healthier relationship with food through a stronger relationship with Christ - that's the goal of Full.

Amazing

Full is one of the most insightful books I have listened to, I plan to listen to it an read it again and again until it sticks in my heart & soul. Asheritah writes with such passion, she has been there and you will identify with her over and over, before I finished the book I recommended it to a friend, you will too. Fed up of your eating fixation, Gods word is the only way out..

Can't than Asheritah enough..

Breakthrough!

I LOVED this book. I'm going to listen again in case I missed something. I have already put into place the principles and am already seeing how God is changing my heart and my body. Anyone struggling with food or any other idol that needs help and just couldn't quite get it, it's here. Let God fill you and you have no need to fill yourself with other things.

Love this book!!

I own the hard copy and the audible version of this book and I LOVE IT! It has really helped me focus on the true meaning of food which is for fuel and remembering my fixation should be on God and not on food! Thank you Asheritah for writing such an amazingly uplifting and helpful book!

2/3 of a great book

I have a food addiction and this book helped me realize it and gave me tools on how to fix it. However, the first 2/3 of the book is solid gold, the last 1/3 is filler material. It was like the publisher asked the author to come up with additional content and the author was not at her best. It misses the point and gets downright preachy.

Furthermore, the book was written for women (mistake, men have eating problems too), so if you are a man, and you get turned off by the frequent female directed comments, just shake it off

Best book ever on fighting food addictions

I have read several books on this topic over the years. But I feel this this the first time the surface has crack. The audiobook was so very well produced. I just finished, I am about to re-play it again to dig deeper into the verses and the book’s teaching.

So what I have been looking for!

Thank you for gathering all of this in one place! The stories of the other women helps me see that if they can do this with Christ, I can too, the strong words of support and the much needed scripture🙏💕

Keeping it real

I loved this book. The author is down, gives real life examples. She keeps it real.

ending flopped

this book had be intrigued until the last few chapters. it seemed the Author went on a rant about her charity and got way off topic. she should have written a separate book or blogged about her charity. it didn't want to finish the book because but I pushed through.
