About this listen

Good story arc, and really well performed. There are some quite dark aspects to the story as it unfolds. (perhaps not for younger listeners).
Am up to book 5 of the six and have found it has gripped throughout so far.

OK 8mins is not a long time so I persevered and by 45mins I was hooked.

Fantastic series, good plot, loved narrator. There are still plenty of notions that haven't been fully explored, but it doesn't take away from the story. I am reviewing after listening to all of the books in the series and it's well worth the listen.

A good read to listen to. The reading is well done, the story starts off a bit slow however hang in there as it does pick up and become an action packed novel. It may not be an amazing book but it's definitely good and worth the 8 hours.

An interesting take on trying to end life in servitude to alien masters, but the antagonists as well as the support cast are very one dimensional in the first entry of this series.
