Summary

Ewan Cameron is a Vancouver-based journalist that has focused on exposing the lies and disinformation tactics of the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. A graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, he completed his journalism studies in the early 2000s before joining a local newspaper, where he became disillusioned by his editor's refusal to publish health-related and pollution-related news stories. The reason? They would upset their corporate clients on which the newspaper depended for advertising revenue. After setting up his own blog and publishing more than 30 health-related books under a pen name, Ewan was contacted by a whistleblower working at a US pharmaceutical company. Some of the explosive material he revealed is contained in this book.

In this explosive exposé, Ewan Cameron reveals:

  • How to cure yourself naturally of multiple sclerosis
  • 41 stories of ordinary people who cured themselves of multiple sclerosis naturally
  • Why everything you know about health is wrong - why the quality of your health depends on the quality of your cells
  • How disease starts first in the mind
  • 33 facts vaccine companies don't want you to know
  • The seven toxic foods on your family's dinner table
  • Natural cancer remedies "they" don't want you to know about
  • The real purpose of pharmaceutical drugs
  • The truth about so-called "autoimmune" disorders
  • How to live to 100 and beyond
  • Little-known longevity secrets
  • The 21 toxic chemicals in your home and bathroom
  • How to regain your health naturally and rapidly
  • ...and much, much more!

Good, if you ignore the conspiracy theories.

Firstly I do not have MS - I got this book as a good friend has, so decided to listen to it myself to see if I could be of any help.

The bottom line of this book is to avoid dairy, wheat, sugar and processed foods, along with caffeine, alcohol and aspartame and anything containing mercury. It also talks about sorting out stress and removing other toxins.

All good advice, however it's mixed up with a hell of a lot of inaccurate science and debunked conspiracy theories and doesn't give much in the way of references.

It's worth listening to, it's worth adopting a plant based diet and it's worth cutting the toxins from your life, but take from it what you believe and research the evidence from multiple sources.
