Not sure if I was going to enjoy this story. However, once I started to listen I simply couldn't stop. Very well written with characters that jumped out of the pages and came to life.

i really enjoyed the whole thing. the charactors were very well written. No stupid love scenes, as the author allowed the reader to fill them in. I am eagerly looking forward to the next box set.

The basis of a good series, but there is a very unpleasant set of ideologies and assumptions that both underpin and are actively promoted. A shame, once I started noticing the story soon pushed me away with a very bad taste left with me.
