Everyone should listen to this!

A bit US-centric, but very enlightening. Some things I already knew, some things were new to me. I made some changes

Real comprehensive view on food.

Great look on all aspects of food, how to beat disease and live your best life.
it's USA based, which makes it hard to follow the diet for someone such as myself who is from the UK.

Most comprehensive food book ever

Very very interesting, informative book on food and nutrition. Well written, documented and presented. One of the best resources on the topic there are. Although by the end of the book I got the impression the author is bit against carbohydrates in human diets it’s still excellent guide to most healthy living 😊thank you

Brilliant easy to understand

This is a great book for people to get a better appreciation of the good and bad foods in the world. I’m a seasoned biohacker and still found it a riveting read and guide to healthy living

Constantly advertising website

Very annoying to hear an advert for the authors website every 10 minutes. Why is this allowed?

Not for the well-read nutrition nerds

This book is okay in and of itself, but if you’ve done plenty of reading on the topic of leading edge nutrition, there’s not much news to be read here. Dr Hyman is clear precise and very well informed, that his delivery at times can be a little quick and garbled. Overall good for the beginner, but not much new territory for the veteran nutrition geek.
