This is great. A lot of books in the self help genre are full of platitudes and light on substance. This book is like having a wise uncle guiding you step by step towards a more successful life and career. It doesn't make overblown claims: you have to put in the work- but crucially, it spells out exactly what to do and what not to do. Well structured, easy to understand and easy to start putting into practice right away. I'll be listening to it again for sure.
