after suffering a random panic attack en route to a friends henny (i couldnt get on the plane and missed the trip despite travelling hours to the airport). I downloaded this book 2 years later to be able to take my daughter to disneyland - it worked! the logical knowledge from the flight captain alongside the analytical stuff that spoke to my anxiety was the perfect combo to help me get on that plane. I relisten before every flight (which isnt even annually for me but ive flown 4 times since this). Thoroughly recommend
