Summary

You’ve had a bad day before. We all have. But Marty is in a whole other level of shit. Literally.

Following a drunken night of sex with the office secretary, Marty’s guts are rebelling after his personal hangover remedy, nachos with jalapenos and hot sauce.

Marty has to go - and he’s got to get across the office to do so. Standing in his way are Nikki, the secretary from the night prior, Brad, the vape-enthusiast douche, and possibly even his boss. The office door is always open, after all.

Join Marty on his trek, like a vulgar Lord of the Rings. The distance may be shorter, but the stakes are just as high.

Wow.....

This was totally not what I expected. The best way to describe this book is bathroom humor. I know most if not all of us have shared the experience that is described in this book. Then the narrator makes it even more real. I recommend this book to anyone who like bathroom humor and just needs a good laugh.

Hilarious!

If you've got a strong stomach, you'll enjoy this tale! An office-worker gets his comeuppance in the most disgusting way possible, along with plenty of belly laughs along the way. Don't forget to check for the plunger!

Wonderful short story!!

Probably, and laughably, the purest form of true horror there is. Wonderfully read, and laugh out loud fun to listen to.

Absolutely hilarious

This short story had me laughing from beginning to end. It deals with this situation we’ve all been in before with excellent humor. Absolutely hilarious.

Hilarious. Well worth the listen!!!

Who has never had to take the craziest, worst shit of their life and realized that it was going to be somewhere that people will just know it was you. I could totally relate to the main character of this story. I laughed out loud at work and people were staring at me. This is a fun and quick listen for anyone looking for a great belly laugh!!!

Mr. Salzman handled the narration very well. Personally, I would not have been able to keep a straight face and not laugh. Very professional.

I requested a free review copy of this audiobook and I am leaving an honest and voluntary review.

Slimed my classic chinos

This is type of stuff you’d see on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim at 2am... 30, or so, minutes of the worst bowel movement ever. Instant cult classic, bad analogies and all.

When you gotta go, you gotta go!!

Embarrassingly funny. “Flushed,” puts Chris Miller’s character in a position no one wants to be in. To feel you have no control of your own bowel functions and not only that.....for it to happen at the worst time possible. If that wasn’t enough......just wait till the end. When you think it can’t get any worse.......oh it does, it most certainly does. I must say, I felt bad for the guy. What did he do to deserve such embarrassment in his workplace, lol? And I guess for those that work in an office full of cubicles, there always has to be that one nosy co-worker. Let’s just say, crap happens. It happened in a most embarrassing but hilarious fashion in “Flushed!!” Wonder if this hilarity of a short story by Chris Miller was one from experience???

Hilarious

Awesome story, gross, but awesome! Laughed the entire time. I didn't know what to expect when I started listening, but I must say, an uproariously funny listen! Thank you Chris.

Hysterical when it's not happening to you

I've read Flushed when it first came out. I literally had tears from start to finished. Knowing how funny the book was it could only be funnier on audible. S.W Salzman nails this one perfectly. Chris Miller knows how to tell a story. Think you're having a bad day ?? I guarantee your day isn't as bad as Flushed.

That's. Gross.

Hey, some folks might like potty humor (literally!) but I did think there would be more substance than a dude who had to take a shit at work.
