Yet another standout addition to this story. It truly delves into the life of a young immortal, her struggles with the inevitable passing of time and how her connections to family and friends change because of this.
Terry is finally given his proverbial wings and is my favourite thing about this book, if you have enjoyed his story then you will love what this tale has to tell about him.

Some slower moments that seem to repeat already discussed topics, but it doesn’t take away from the narrative. Looking forward to what comes next!

I loved this series. Couldn't stop listening since book 1 :) I really hope the story continues. still got plenty of loose threads that I need to hear about. really recommend this 👌🏽

I would almost suggest skipping this one and just reading a summary. It was a struggle to finish, and it felt like the author was struggling to finish it as well with all the filler. All the same quips, dialogues and descriptions were repeating over and over again. Yes, I get it, Alat is annoying but you still love her. I don't need to hear it every chapter.
And then the elephant in the room. Unsurprisingly, giving the love interest no personality, and then making him just stand next to MC in pretty much every scene does not make for a thrilling romance. It makes me dread the next installments if we are going to be stuck with this wet noodle of a character for the rest of the series.
