Set aside your day, if you are lucky enough to be retired, free or have the power to ignore responsibilities for the day, or are just willing to do so! Otherwise schedule it in - without fail. As a first born daughter it is extraordinary to have a clear lens to examine the quirks, the origins, the challenges and, at last, some explanation for what makes us tick. And, maybe, not always easy to live with!

I absolutely love everything Katherine does but not a massive fan of this book. Felt like a long advert for her friends, family and other projects.
