Perfectly laid out advice

First time and very useful audible
Having just rented out my first apartment in Wimbledon, I literally had no idea, beyond watching homes under the hammer, what I needed to do. This audible was incredible to give me all the advice, in an easy-to-digest and well-narrated format that I used as a checklist. I have gone through the list numerous times and keep picking up new things to do. If you are new, give this a go - the chapter on boundaries has saved us a fortune in legal fees! Great audible - highly recommended.
