The last time Megan saw her youngest daughter, Emma, was on the little girl’s third birthday. Now, two years later, she sees her daughter’s face in every blonde girl she passes - at the grocery store, in car windows, at the doctor’s office. I loved this book. It was a bit of a suspense but from the beginning you know the outcome. I both read this on my kindle and listened to it on Audible switching between the two and both kept my place beautifully. I needed to read a book that wasn't all killing and frightening and I think this story will stay with me for a long time. I read it in two nights and it is now 4:40 am because I couldn't put it down or stop listening to it.

Lovely story with some mystery, a mother who never gave up and a child as sweet as pear drops. Ending will bring tears.
