Lovely audiobook with some truly profound and powerful words of wisdom inside. It's all to easy to look in the wrong places for happiness, and many of us don't even know the difference between short-term pleasure and a true joyful, fulfillment. This audiobook was a really useful way to not only reflect on what this means for my life, but also to learn of new strategies and tools I hadn't heard before. Great listen!

Having suffered with depression for years, i wanted to start to read about existing with a happy can do attitude and this audible was FANTASTIC! Having always been a negative thinker, mainly towards myself and how people view me, this audible has completely changed how I look at life. My two favourite chapters were chapter 3, Learn to Let That Crap Go, because I hold onto resentments for sooo long they end up hurting me, time and time again and this chapter is about letting it all go and moving past it. This was life-changing for me because I no longer use up vital energy on past or future resentments. The other chapter that is a must-listen is chapter 8, take care of yourself, something I had been rubbish at until I heard this chapter. I am now armed with the knowledge to look after myself better and develop a positive, happy attitude that is a far cry from living in a negative spiral. A must-listen for anyone who needs to move out of a negative self talk mindset and wants to become happy.
