A lovely shortish story, Nickola Muckajev is a compelling narrator, if a little on the breathy side especially when reading from the FMC's pov (one star dedicated for that) but as the MMC sounds like sex on a stick.
This is the 2nd book in the trilogy and I liked it enough to want to get the 1st and 3rd books too.
