Summary

He warned me what would happen if he lost control. I didn't listen.

He told me to stay away from him, that if I got too close he would not be able to stop himself. He would pin me down and take me so fiercely my throat would be sore from screaming before he finished wringing one savage, desperate climax after another from my helpless, quivering body.

Part of me was terrified, but another part needed to know if he would truly throw me to the ground, mount me, and rut me like a wild animal, longer and harder than any human ever could.

Now, as the feral beast flips me over to claim me even more shamefully when I've already been used more thoroughly than I imagined possible, I wonder if I should have listened to him....

🎧AudiobookObsession🎧

Let me first tell you- I have read Sara Fields book before so I had some expectations going into this. I expected some serious steam and I expected a commanding, dominant Hero (or 2). Sara did not disappoint! This was less sci-fi feeling than her Vakarran Captive series but still gave a dose for those that love her alien storylines.

This was my first encounter with Bo Alexander that I am aware of and I must say, I really enjoyed his performance!

This was a great, dark, captivating, sizzling Listen.

P.S. I LOOOOVED the extra "bits" Sara!

1 star. Less if possible. Hate giving bad reviews

There aren't many books I really disliked, but this is one of them... and I haven't even finished it!!!
Here are the reasons why.
Cosima is a weak minded female, coming off at first as someone strong, who let's someone ( an experimental human made from alien DNA ) basically do anything he wants to her and punish her as he sees fit without argument. I mean...no argument. She's like a puppet. No personality, no backbone, no depth.
There is no real storyline, unless you count sex; which I don't. And 98% of the book is just that.
There is also a huge plot hole that the writer should have noticed and corrected. Cosima was punished by Axel after disobeying him by leaving the cave. He punishes her by having anal sex with her and not giving any pleasure back and Cosima acts like she's never been looked at or touched in that way, and is shocked and unsure of it. However, the first time they have sex he also takes her there. Did she forget? No. The writer did. It was really off putting and confusing.

I'm disappointed in this book and don't understand why it has any good ratings to be honest. It had so much potential and I'm sad that it has left me wanting. This was my first boom from this author and I don't think I'm going to be reading another of her books.
if you want a good book to read with this type of storyline you should try New species. by laurann dohner.

Terrible

Not at all interesting, got to Chapter 2, gave up and returned. A total waste.

Passionate

This storyline is so full of passion. I think the narrator did a really great job in bringing the storyline to life and would happily read and listen to this duo again.

Great narrator, good story

Firstly...Bo Alexander and that voice...he could read me the phone book, love it! I was a bit confused at the beginning as I thought the first character was male, ummm yeah, then the male voice kicked in and my tummy did little rumble. Absolutely no complaints from me....

I really enjoyed the set up of the story, and that extra bit that Axel has, lol, you'll know what I mean when you get to it. I could see the world and the characters around me as I listened, which was great. A few parts made me chuckle out loud but not for the reasons you might think.

Definately feral!

A sweet short story with a difference (lots of heat, if a little repetitive) I liked the idea of the additional anatomical reference In the hot spot.
I was confused at the beginning as I thought the character talking was male so I though it was same sex, but I was soon put right.
Bo Alexander has a nice voice to listen to.

Feral

What a unique version of an alien creature. I enjoyed this book and the details are so thorough you see everything in your mind perfectly and can I also add HOT!!! These characters are such a great fit for each other regardless of how they came to meet. The author gave this book a perfect ending as well. All wrapped up with a pretty little bow.
Narration in this book was done very well. I loved the deep throaty voice the best.

Standalone Dark Sci-Fi Romance

Feral by Sara Fields is a Standalone Dark Sci-Fi Romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Bo Alexander. This is the first book of Sara’s that I have read and look forward to reading more from her in the future. Bo did a great job narrating. The only down fall was that he did not change tone for each character. I liked that the book switched between Axel and Cosima points of view so you could really get into both characters head. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Dark Romance and a bit of Sci-Fi.

There’s a lot of heat here!!!

Cosima is looking for a story and stumbles into something she should have run from! Salios wants her, but will kill her if he gets ahold of her. Axle saves her and takes her somewhere safe. Salios and Axle are not fully human, but Axle can control his beast and Salios cannot! Salios doesn’t give up easily!

What happens?? I can’t tell you!! You’ll have to listen!!

Sara Fields has written a good story!

This is my first Bo Alexander listen, and I think his voice fits the male characters very well!!!!
