This is a slow to burn story, but once the action gets going it’s fast paced from there. Everyone at FU didn’t ask for their circumstances and must learn to adapt in order to survive and stay out of the underworld. Piper is a strong willed woman, even when her life is thrown upside down by more than circumstance. She finds herself bonded to 4 men, Jayce, Xero, Kingston, and Kai. Jayce is the first to fully accept this and the story builds as all of them navigate through their first year. This book does have a cliffhanger and a nice twist of events at the end. Will have you wanting to grab book two just to see how they get out of this mess.
Lia does an excellent job with the narrative and bringing this story to life.

Oh this book is brilliant, such great characters and storyline. It’s very very very hot and steamy!!! You will be needing a cold shower! Lia is amazing, she gives everything to her performance and it’s great to listen to.

What an interesting story. Fallen University Year One was fast paced, steamy and action packed. This reverse harem paranormal story had me hooked from beginning to end and I really enjoyed it. I loved the storyline, it was unlike anything I've read. I loved the characters, learning about them and seeing them all bond slowly over time. The story had humour, mystery, steamy scenes, and a cliff-hanger ending that will leave you shocked speechless. I can't wait for the next book in this series. Fallen University was a fascinating page-turner and I would highly recommend it to all lovers of Paranormal RH romances.
I listened to the audible version of this novel which was narrated by Lia Holland. She did a phenomenal job portraying these characters. Her voice was clear and understandable and her pace and timing was on point. I loved listening to her narrate this novel.

Wow what a well crafted beginning to a new series were the students and the university are strictly paranormal along with the course of study. Callie of course has added some love interest and a heroine who is trying to make heads or tails out of her new existence, plus some action and suspense for good measure. Can’t wait to see where she goes next in this storyline.
Lia did an outstanding job in the narration.
