The audiobook was amazing to listen to.. both Blake Lockheart and Christian Fox did a fabulous job with these characters!

I found Hayes fairly funny and odd In a very charming and loveable way but Kason has got to be the most beautiful MMC ever! I just simply love him. I won’t say he’s my favourite MMC ever but I don’t think I’ve ever truly loved one as much. I’ve never wanted a fictional character to be happy as much as I did him. He’s just so lovely, my heart broke for him on multiple occasions and I honestly found myself crying a lot for him 🙈. Which I didn’t expect going in - I was fairly indifferent to him throughout Caught Stealing, while I did feel for him on occasion, i also found him quite selfish in it so I didn’t feel overly sorry for him, but then reading this one made my heart truly break for him in it. I think when I do a re-read of CS I will view the whole book very differently knowing what I know now! Overall it’s just a prefect little love story 🥰 can’t wait for book 4!!
