I have been not so patiently waiting for this book and I was not disappointed.
There are teasers of a slow burn, burgeoning romance between Flynn and Davin but it's not the main focus.
I'm not too disappointed on that front.
There's too many extraneous factors going on that I need resolved first.
There's lots of fast-paced action, danger, drama, mystery and lots of humor sprinkled throughout.
Greg Tremblay did an amazing job narrating and bringing these characters to life.

Enjoyed this second novel in the trilogy. The narrator is amazing and I enjoyed the story a lot, just the right mix of characters and action. Flynn and Devon are cute together and Twist is a favourite already!

I am loving this series. "Façade" is another brilliant mystery, combined with non-stop exciting action, danger, a good dose of humour, and a continuation of the slow-burn romance from book one. Flynn is proving to be quite strong and resourceful. We're learning a good deal more about his background and about that of his business partner Davin. To know these two men is to love them, and they have a lot of friends and family who feel the same way. The character development and the world building are impressive. So many of the secondary characters are fascinating, especially the animals. There are many twists and turns in this unpredictable plot, but you must read the book yourself to discover them, as I'm not about to give you any spoilers!

Audiobook:
I was thrilled to be able to listen to the audiobook, narrated by Greg Tremblay. He is quickly becoming one of my favorite narrators. He is brilliant at making different voices and accents, while his expression makes the story come alive.
I received an audiobook copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
