Having been very recently diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 56, (yeah, I know!) I found this very insightful with information about the traits of ADHD and how to hopefully find ways to tackle the problems it causes.

Insightful tips for tackling ADHD

I have followed Jesse on social media for a while. I work with people with ADHD and the way the book is written in a ‘symptom vs strategy/intervention’ is great. There nothing do dislike in this book whether you have ADHD or support someone with it or both. Enjoy.

Fantastic content and narration. Have read it and re-read it a few times.

Thank you Jesse for writing (and recording) this book and not only giving a great overview of what the realities of ADHD are compared with scientific/coaching advice... i felt included in many areas... but i especially liked the more personal tips you use towards the end, especially as you can hear the change in emotion in your voice in the recording, it felt like this section was a conversation with a friend over a few drinks of an evening and i came away feeling optimistic and wanting to listen all over again.
Thank you again and well done on getting your first book completed, proving us ADHDers may be able to do achieve something great too!

Short but oh so Sweet

I found the concise nature of the book so easy to follow and 100% relatable. Jesse’s description of the daily grind on the ADHD emotional rollercoaster is helping me come to terms with, and better frame who I am, so I’m very grateful for that! Just need to go back through the paperback with the highlighter pen now!

This book is about me, correct?
