Not what you would expect with a rock star book, it is so much more! This is a story of finding out who you are, what will make you happy and finding value in yourself. I am worried if I say too much I might give spoilers so I will leave it with this. I loved this book and am sure if you are interested you will too.

This was very diffrent from what I imanged. Been a rockstar must be hard. Rick a playboy. The M/M/F scence really got my heart racing.
I adored the ending and Rick chose the right path to happiness.
This is a very well done audio book which I really enjoyed listening to.

The only other books I've read by KL are in the Last Score series which are also rock star romance, so I guess was expecting similar. Though, this was a MFM romance.

What I got was quite different from what I expected! Not in a bad way though - what I mean is the amount of sex. I didn't expect it from Shandwick but it was a pleasant surprise, it was SUPER hot and those scenes were brilliantly and descriptively written. (Although there may have been slightly too much sex for me).

The story itself flowed well, based around relationships that rock star Rick Fars is exploring, alongside a charity concert he is organising with other friends in the business. It was cool to hear a little from Gibson again, and it definitely makes me want to read some of the others stories!

The narrator - Bolton Hill - was new to me but he really brought the character of Rick to life, and made the sex scenes even more hot than they already were! He made it easy to distinguish between characters too which I liked.

WOW. I've not read the book so was intrigued as to how I would like this audio..my god I loved it and the narrator Bolton was brilliant, loved his sexy raspy voice. the story gripped me, I couldn't stop listening, it was brilliant!!

I think a lot of the time we need to all just exhale and move on and this book shows that no matter what happens we can push and work through it and move on , Rick is a rockstar with a secret , sure he's your typical rockstar who LOVES his groupies but he has another side he keeps hidden until one night when hes push 'into'? his comfort zone
this book kept me engaged throughout the whole story and it had some very sexy scenes within , even if your not keen on MM I think youd like it , it is probably one of the best to ease you into an MM story (butter supplied to help you slip in) it is however not just an mm/ mfm / bi story it is a love story in one of its truest forms and you really root for the characters throughout.

Bolton Hill is a new narrator to me and he played the parts absolutely amazingly, it was like his voice was made to play these characters and I felt I got so much more out of this book by listening rather than just reading .
