This is the kind of book that requires full attention to fully absorb. I had to start over in the middle of it (no regret!). Normally, while listening to other similar books, I let my mind wander to comprehend (as it would be drawn back if the topic was new or important). But this is like listening to a therapist and we must listen carefully in order to be helped. It did help and transform me!
