I have always loved the idea of making small changes that inevitably compound to big results and this book plays to that idea. Here, you can work on small leadership things and eventually better how you lead - things like how to lead by example, how to show accountability, managing others well, and so forth. I particularly enjoyed the chapter with lessons on leadership from history. This book is such a resource!

This book was great! As a woman in a corporate leadership position, I found this book's essential keys and strategies to prove effective and helpful. Having been through several leadership courses and read many books on leadership, I could still pull a few new nuggets of information from this book. It's worth the read!

I highly recommend this audiobook! The author has created an invaluable guide to leadership skills and inner strength. Taking it one day at a time and mastering leadership skills with small steps here and there is better than most managers I’ve encountered. Someone is promoted to a leadership role and from one day to the next they are condescending, sarcastic and drive you out of the work force. With this book, you will learn to take leadership in stride and not try to make your mark but rather create your long-term leadership skills. This is a must listen.

This is a MUST LISTEN for anyone that's looking to be a successful leader. Don't be a tyrant...be a leader. There's a huge difference and that difference is described in this audiobook. Without knowing the skills that leaders have in this audiobook, you won't know what it means to be a truly successful leader.
