I was engrossed, listening intently to this, rewinding now & then to make sure I heard right, pausing to take it in, pondering on the info before moving forward . The research that has gone into this is phenomenal. Much of the book felt like I'd come home with a huge sigh of I knew it. Some of it caused me to take time out & sit with it. I asked questions as a kid about bible stories that went unanswered by the vicar & having Baptist grandparents on one side & Catholics on the other felt like a silent war. My dad used to say they've all got it wrong but wouldn't divulge further. I have been curious ever since. A book to repeat listen often as there is so much to take in. All I can say is thank you !

first seen Paul wallis on the 5th. bought the book but never read it. bout the audio book and listened from start to finish in one sitting 🤣. would highly recommend this book or audio book. disappointed the next book isn't an audiobook, I do hope it comes out soon.
