About this listen

Part of a world I loathe.

Part of a family who hates me more than I hate myself.

Living with a girl who reminds me of my darkness.

I'm. In. Hell.

Also known as the Cosa Nostra.

My life was over the minute I stepped off that plane.

Son to a murdered mob boss.

Heir to a throne of murder and lies.

My name is Dante Nicolasi.

And there will be blood.

I didn't want to like Dante Alfero. But he made me, damn it. And the twist in this, I really never saw coming. Now my heart is breaking and I just want my favourite made man to be okay.

I'm very unhappy with a certain supporting character. MSRIP.

My favourite mafia series ever

Holy Moly!! This series! I never want it to end. Just when I think it can’t get any better. BAM! Out comes a new release, better than the last one. How is that even possible? Two words. Dante Nicolasi. Brother to Val (book 7, Empire) and taken into the protection of ‘The Family’, trained and accepted as one of them. He in turn takes it upon himself to protect (not fall in love with), El Petrov who has been rescued from ‘The Russians’. I loved the chemistry between Dante and El, I loved the comradeship between all the Family, the banter is just hilarious, Mafia bosses basically acting like children. The story is addictive, emotional, happy, sad and funny, all rolled into one. Mafia romance at its best. I’ve learned to expect the unexpected, I started this series on audible and I intend to finish this series on audible, even if it means I have to wait (and believe me the wait is killing me). Narration is perfect across the board.
