Firstly, I have recently discovered Denise Linn and I think she’s amazing. The first audiobook I had was 10 hours long and I finished it in three days and sent to 5 people. I’m sure the content of this is also wonderful, I have seen energy strands before I had even heard of them so totally believe in them. I really wish that a professional narrator had been used because it makes all the difference. I have exchanged this and will purchase a hard copy.

This is one of the most comprehensive, yet approachable books I’ve come across about energy. It’s also very positive and uplifting in tone, which is true to Denise’s style. I am a healer myself but I learnt a lot of new things and I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who is just getting into energy work of any kind as it will explain concepts clearly for you.
