Great book, I’ve met a few people who were there and they’ve all said the same thing. They saw what they saw! A few discrepancies though, Ipswich is a town not a city, Orford Ness is two words not one and we’re not inbred yokels. I do take offence to the characterization of East Anglian people as low brow insular village idiots. Shame on Nick Pope for the insinuation.

Compassionate handling of those suffering from abuses of power.
I wasn’t sure about this book and not familiar with Mr Pope. I wish more ex military personnel would write information based literature. Little if anything is left open to interpretation.

Between 2003 and 2010 I was the Energy Manager for a number of MoD sites in the area including Rock Barracks which is what RAF Woodbridge became. Some of the security staff told the story of the UFO and also hauntings. I have been fascinated by it ever since. An intriguing story.
I heard of a few details that may ot may not be true that were not brought out in the book that may have relevance as to why the site was chosen for a visit.
