An eye opener!! I'm really glad I took someone's advice about listening to this book. I had no idea that I was an empath! I can now see that I have in the past forgotten where my emotions end and someone else's begins and this book has given me that awareness.

When this happens it's important to remember that other people's energy is separate from me.

With awareness I can now see why I am drawn to healing techniques that enable me to balance and realign my bodies energy. I'm glad that the Western Culture is starting to see this as more than just a fad.

It was also interesting that I have recently chosen to become a massage therapist.

I understand that from both and scientific and spiritual outlook that my brain can cause mayhem if it wants to (or at least feel that way)

If it can play mayhem it can also be used to make me feel good. (Wa-hey)

I feel really grateful to the author and person who recommended this book! Well worth the few hours it takes to listen to it!
